Additional enrollments determined by availability. Early Childhood admissions is on a rolling basis.

      Attending an Open House is the best way to understand the distinct IFS methodology, philosophy, and our commitment to Quaker education. This year’s Open Houses will be held on October 2, November 7, and December 11. Please visit here for more details. If you cannot attend an Open House, you may schedule a private school tour through the Inquiry Form

      Admissions for the 2026–2027 school year are open for students from Toddler through 4th Grade. IFS uses Ravenna, a secure and paperless admissions system that helps families manage applications to independent schools. - Create a Ravenna account 
- Search for International Friends School in the directory 
- Submit your application for the appropriate grade level 
 Application Fee: $150 per applicant (non-refundable). If this fee presents a barrier, please email admissionsoffice@ifschool.org. Applications may still be accepted throughout the year, depending on space availability.

      Once your application has been received and processed, we will schedule a Parent Interview (20–30 minutes by phone) with our Admissions Team. The purpose of the interview is to explore alignment between your family and IFS. Children do not need to be present.

      After the Parent Interview, we will invite your child to join us on campus for a Playdate/Meet & Greet. This gives us the opportunity to get to know your child in a warm, welcoming environment.

      Applicants to Grade 1 and above are required to complete a language assessment. We will reach out to schedule this after the Parent Interview.

      Applicants to Grade 1 and above must provide: - Teacher evaluation(s) 
- Previous school transcripts and report cards 
 For Grade 1 applicants: 1 year of records is required. 
 For Grade 2 and above applicants: 2 years of records are required.

      Admissions decisions will be released on or before March 20th. Families will have 7 days to respond to an offer. Once you accept, we will guide you through the enrollment process.
