Program Overview
Ages of Students:
PreK One: 3 years old to 4 years old
PreK Two: 4 years old to 5 years old
PreK Two students are 100% independent using the potty. Students do not need to speak Mandarin to enroll in PreK.
Hours: 8:15 am - 3:30 pm. Extended Day available until 6:00 pm.
Teacher - Student Ratio 1:5
Mandarin Language Percentage: 90%
Subjects Taught: Mandarin Literacy, English Literacy, Singapore Math, Science, Art, Music, P.E
Dragon learning emphasizes
Strong cultural learning about the world. Students fully embrace two global competency projects a year.
Developing a sense of empathy and kindness in action.
Engaging in a maker space and daily art.
Growing literacy in Mandarin, growing foundational math skills.
We also believe that giving children space and agency to pursue their own interests improves their passion for learning. This is based on the Reggio Emilia Constructivist Approach.
